Sorry it doesn't just pop up back in your system many years later. Rios tested positive because all Ariza's shakes are is preworkout like Jack3d. Ariza probably he thought he was in the clear but forgot that many companies dont list all their ingredients.

Ariza is pretty good at not using banned stimulants but the odds were bound to cathc up with him. Eventually he would use something that wasn't honest in its labeling.

Apparently, there were tubs of that stuff in the Robert Garcia gym, and If Rios found success using it early on in his career, who's to say that he wouldn't use it again for the biggest fight of his life? I'm not ruling out the possibility of Ariza being at fault, but Rios hasn't even hinted towards the likelihood of that scenario.

Rios is a very outspoken individual. The fact that he's had nothing but good things to say about Ariza even after testing positive, makes me more inclined to believe that Ariza had nothing to do with the drug test result.

I said steroids. You dont optimally deliver steroids in "shakes". Oral steroids leave metabolites that will ultimately get you popped in a drug test, either now or later as the steroid and its metabolites are identified.

Ariza's game is over the counter stimulants, preworkout basically. That is what is in his "shakes" that is what Rios who was being trained by Ariza got popped with.

That he is a "trainer" means little to me. Many trainers use the stimulant scam on their clients. Ariza isn't Poliquin, or Rippetoe, or DeFranco. He is basically a con artists.

Steroid, PEDs they are all the same IMO. They give you a unnatural advantage. If Rios got pop for taking the shakes that Ariza gave him then that means he was giving him something illegal and he did the same thing with Pac. Its all good, you can say he wasn't on steroids and say it was just an over the counter stimulant in a shake. Regardless its not allowed and that makes him dirty. It sucks to think the fighter you love is dirty because I truly wish I don't have these feelings about Pacquiao but I do and I feel there was a time where he was dirty.

The issue is cut off date. Manny didn't like having blood drawn right before a fight. There is no testing reason for there to not be a cutoff date.
