Well then.

Okay, let's agree that Floyd "did nothing wrong." I mean, there's no hard evidence of him taking PEDs. That's fine. But the way USADA handled the matter was shady as fu.ck. Notice Bennett did not say USADA was in the clear, only Floyd.
    Very good post dude!

Simple truth Floyd was saying 50-0. Why did the decide not to fight 1 more fight?

This case is closed. But hey, keep dreaming the dream. You'll be dreaming it for the rest of your life.

The case is never closed when congress is involved. Congress has been looking for an excuse to regulate boxing on the national level for a long time.

Yeah but it's a tricky situation because yes, only NSAC can grant TUE's, but that only applies to substances and practices that it bans.

The NSAC doesn't ban the use of an IV, so how can they expect to hand out a TUE for something that they themselves don't ban?

Here's the problem, Congress is NOT involved!

Exactly, they aren't. It's amazing how many people are running their mouths without knowing the facts.

The NSAC DOES NOT BAN IV USE. It's USADA that bans it's use.

People are saying "I've never heard of an athlete needing an IV."

Well these people are ignorant. IV use has been WIDE SPREAD in MMA (including the UFC) for YEARS.

Bro, I didn't say NSAC bans IV-use. I said they had the authority, not USADA, when it comes to giving TUEs in Nevada. Bennett, the director for NSAC, wasn't happy when USADA gave a TUE for Mayweather (and retroactively as well) and specifically stated that only NSAC has the authority to do so within the state. So, an athlete in Nevada should have gone to NSAC for a TUE, not get it from USADA. Mayweather wasn't banned from taking IVs but he was taking 700 mL more than usual. NSAC would have preferred if he went to them instead of USADA.
