floyd knew how helpful they were from personal experience and he didn't want anyone else on them but him of course. i'm guessing during his "retirement" he started experimenting with PED use and he designed this fake USADA program so that he could get away with cheating via illegal exemptions while his opponents couldn't. a very very cowardly thing to do.

what it amuses me the most, is the fact that this was all his fans needed to doubt about manny's entire career. but now, with evidence that floyd might have cheated before his most important fight, vs manny himself, they all dismiss it by saying the writer is just a hater
