Legal, and yet NSAC denied when requested. Legal and yet you MUST indicate to NSAC you are using these substances. Even USADA must know about this and give the okay (hence why they told USADA).

Saline and multivitamins are legal substances too you know, but as you pointed out, there is a certain protocol.

And they told both. So no problems. USADA said they didn't inquire on the injury or care if there was any injury because the substances were legal. Like Team Pacquiao said, they could have taken it in the hotel room.

Saline and vitamins maybe legal, but intravenously it is not.

Incorrect, it is also legal but there is a certain protocol. You just need permission.

yes there is a protocol that must be followed that is why Pacquiaos team asked USADA first if the pain shot was okay, Floyd on the other hand never asked USADA or NSAC for the IV he snuck and used it in his home without their knowledge that is the fishy and cheating part he broke a rule. You dont use an IV before a drug test and than right after say oh yeah can I use one? lol, USADA discovered it and than let him take the test he basically used it before the test, they then covered the tracks and wrote him a TUE without NSAC jurisdiction. NSAC didnt know about the IV till after the fight and still didnt do nothing until Hauser brought this corruption to light.

NSAC went after Pacquiao, but never went after Floyd for breaking a rule, many fighters go into fights injured without saying **** its not against the law so many ufc fighters after the fight say I cam into the fight hiding an injury they never gone to jail.

Floyd on the other hand broke the rule and never got punished, you can use an IV but the way he did it was illegal.

I did leave out some details, I'll clarify. Over 50ml, It is Illegal, thus the "The****utic Use Exemption". Without that, it's not allowed, not legal.

NSAC never went after Pacquiao. Pacquiao have yet to face any fines, suspensions? Nothing right? They request that Pacquiao come to a meeting to address the issues? Nope. And the IV wasn't snucked. Although feel free to allege that it is. Even the IV itself was noted way back in May. Wasn't actually a secret.

Which goes back to my point of permission. With permission, it is allowed and legal.

This will never go away For Floyd. Anytime a groupie brings up Floyds achievements people will bring up his IV. I can't believe he actually hid behind the lie that he was the leader in cleaning up the sport. Just as bad as Margs IMO.

I know you love Floyd man, but you should try and be objective about things like rules, that are clearly written and not subject to much interpretation.

Its very very clearly stated why IV rehydration is not allowed. Its also very clearly stated the exemption circumstances.

Floyd met none of the exemption circumstances.

Yet Floyd was given an exemption, after the fact.
