Sorry breh, he was doing things illegally. Thats called cheating, uneven playing field, etc.All of this is supposition and speculation predicated on the fact Mayweather took advantage of retroactive clause in the compliance contract. Until there is/are actual samples of urine/blood proving his guilt, everyone can go eff themselves. This by no means saying he is guilty or innocent, but looks like a conviction in the court of public opinion.Comment

Lance Armstrong tested clean more than any athlete in history, and under a far more rigorous year round testing program. He and his teammates, and most of the athletes, were caught or came forward, because the testing organizations started threatening people with suspensions, if they did not volunteer evidence about Lance.
If a test catches you, it's only because you made a mistake. Doping has always been two steps ahead of the testing for it.
If Cycling history has shown us anything it is that "IV rehydration" has alway been used as the go to excuses for being caught with blood doping equipment.
Caught with a transfusion bag, and butterfly needles? Oh it's not for blood doping, it's just for rehydration and vitamins, I promise.
That promise works wonderfully, since none of the tests can detect any of the drugs or doping they are doing anyways.Comment

YEs but what is the truth cause now the NSAC is contradicting his claim of 20 days.
Seems all parties involved dropped the ball hereComment
