Nothing was done that violated the agreement that was agreed upon by both fighters. This isn't even against NSAC rule...it's a nonissue all brought about by Hauser to discredit the greatest fighter of our era.

The first was a mixture of 250 ml of saline and multi-vitamins. The second was a 500 ml mixuture of saline and Vitamin C. He was urine tested both before and after taking the solutions.

Also on top of that, he and Manny were blood & urine tested immediately after the fight!

Floyd may have passed previous test prior to taking this IV the day before the fight. But what makes you think he hasn't been doing this IV thing before his tests. It may have been part of his regular regimen, who knows. All we do know is he took the IV which was banned and took a solution and vitamins, that are known masking agents, that are not banned but only allowed to a certain extent and he took that at a rate of 14 times higher than the allowed amount. He has some major explaining to do, oh wait pass that on to Ellerbe to explain. If this thing ever went to court Floyd would get slayed on the stand, he wouldnt have Ellerbe to pass the questions on to.

This is like the Lance Armstrong situation where he was busted onetime for failing a drug test and he got his people to get his crooked doctor to write a phony back dated prescription for a type of drug similar to what was showing up in the test. And then got some waiver/exemption to get that test thrown out. To say yeah I know he has these abnormal levels but it's because he has this type of symptom and see his doctor gave him a prescription and we have a waiver here. USADA is screwed so now they going down with the ship lying saying Floyd told them ahead of time about the super illegal IV. Where they are screwed is they didn't notify Pac camp, nevada for over 3 weeks later. If not for that we would have USADA producing some crooked document dated before the IV saying that's when they requested it.
