The issue was him using an IV instead of drinking a gatorade. How is that the same as Pacquiao wanting to take a prescription pain killer the night before the fight? People look for any reason to denounce Mayweathers skills. Saline and vitamins gave him no extra advantage during the fight. This whole article was a waste of time, let me know when they catch him actually doping up. Pacquiao on other hand is a proven ped user and steroid cheat that is the facts. Its been proven that Pacquiao used steroids but all this stuff about Floyd is not facts, its not proven and all haters and hearsay with no evidence. Trying to bring another black man down typical of the racist media hating on Floyd let this man breath and enjoy his hard earned money he worked hard for it and only gets hated on.

NSAC's advanced random drug testing program has never caught any athlete positive yet. Does that prove it's not effective? Does that prove it's less effective than their much weaker non-random post fight urine test?
Yeah but Vada has and that was the testing Pacquio and co insisted on that Floyd wanted no parts of ..

How many times has that been employed? USADA is meant to be testing all PBC fighters. One of them ended up failing the commission urine test, then PBC spokesman said he never got tested, contradicting both the PBC announcement, and the perps pre fight statements.

Just stop it, you know full well USADA's track record in boxing. And now with Floyd's IV fiasco, everybody's caught on to the fact that they have zero credibility in this sport

Incorrect. Top Rank wanted NSAC's advanced drug testing program. Top Rank no longer uses VADA for their fighters in Nevada. So all Pacquiao's fights in Nevada use NSAC's advanced drug testing program now. It's only Tim Bradley that fights Arum over using VADA, and Bradley pays for it out his own pocket. Arum won't pay for it.

It matters not. By your logic, VADA has fallen off and is ineffective since they haven't had a positive result since 2013. Whereas, NSAC still gets positive results every year.

Pacquiao did initially ask for VADA, but Bob preferred the Commission itself. It probably would have been for the best. The Commission I'd imagine(hope) isn't as easily bought, and there would be no need to go through a middle man.

I didn't say Pacquiao. I said Top Rank/Arum, since they call the real shots.

In theory, NSAC isn't as easily bought. But the way we see some of these judges do things, you gotta wonder. It could be easier. Who knows.

                    What about drug testing?

Let's end this bit right now: Pacquiao has long agreed to Mayweather's drug testing demands. Pacquiao has also undergone VADA or WADA testing for recent fights with Brandon Rios, Tim Bradley, and Chris Algieri. There is absolutely no issue with this anymore. At one time, there were some disagreements about how it would be handled, who would handle it, when the cutoff for testing would be, but this has long ago been a dead issue. People mostly want to remember the "Manny doesn't like needles" story, but this hasn't been a problem for years now.

I thought they didn't use WADA or Vada ? According to this article they do ..And why is Bradley paying out his pocket when Arum promtes them both .Seems your incooreect here ..

It helps not to have a long trail of irregularities like USADA and no track record of success.
