The Timing is funny, makes you wonder about Publicity Stunts. This is a man that always says "All Publicity Is Good Publicity" so I would not put it past him one bit that they're even in the business of building up controversy before a fight. It is not a Coincidence that it is always something that comes out about Mayweather Days before his fights which only results into him making more money

In May it was the Domestic Abuse stuff again which IMO helped Mayweather and Pacquiao sell even more PPV's

He lost 3 pounds to make 147, he wasn't drained. This is just a joke at this point.
This medical practice is prohibited at all times without prior TUE approval.
Gotta like that nice and bold statement in their rules.

Further, it must be clearly stated that the use of IV fluid replacement following exercise to correct mild rehydration or help speed recovery is not clinically indicated nor substantiated by the medical literature. There is a well-established body of scientific opinion to confirm that oral rehydration is the preferred therapeutic choice. Legitimate medical indications for IV infusions are well documented and are most commonly associated with medical emergencies (emergency TUE), in-patient care, surgery, or clinical investigations for diagnostic purposes.
How is this not a bodybag to all the defenses being made about the rehydration? It is clear that they think there are better ways to rehydrate, that there need to be relatively extreme circumstances to warrant IV rehydration, and that there needs to be prior TUE approval (even if there is a medical emergency).

There really isn't any smoke. Look at WADA/USADA Policy. It states only 50ml, unless granted a TUE, which he got. None of the substances are banned, nor illegal.

Similar to Torodal and PRP that Manny Pacquiao took within that month. WADA is looking into the PRP enrichment stuff as we speak due to it showing increases in growth levels
