nsac gives out TUE not usada (and it was given 18 days after!). IV therapy only allowed under very special circumstances/medical emergencies and must be done in a hospital/medical facility. floyd's simple "rehydration" doesn't count AT ALL. also only allowed 50ml of saline per 6 hours. floyd was administered 100s of ml in one sitting apparently, which is very illegal and raises a huge red flag that this iv therapy was for masking purposes.
nsac and top rank were completely kept in the dark (only informed 21 days later- very shady). in fact usada didn't know about floyd's iv therapy until they caught him. instead of reporting this to nsac like they should have done they hid it.
this is not good for floyd and usada AT ALL.
