I don't know when Conte said it and I don't care. Someone posted a quote to one of the many articles about floyd and IV. That's the first time I read it and it makes sense. Fans have been wondering why is floyd waiting longer and longer to announce his fights. Hell Berto fight had like 1 month before it was official. That's unheard of for big PPV fights and it's becoming more and more the norm with Floyd and then he gets busted with the illegal IV. What Conte an expert on doping says makes more sense then you acting like what Floyd did is no big deal it's only Saline and denying that this was what Lance Armstrong and many other admitted dopers have said is common practice to mask drugs by flushing PEDs out your system to beat drug tests. If it's no big deal why is he illegally doing such a insane amount of fluids, in secret, at his own home? For a fighter who has been fighting at this weight for a decade and everyone including him says he walks around at fight weight. Dehydrated? Get the hell out of here. I will take the word of drug doping experts over floyd dyck riders who he could smack they momma and they wills still defend him.

Yes, doing it at home is not something I'd expect. he is a pro athlete with an odd training schedule though. taking an IV isn't illegal.

VADA was formed by Dr. Margaret Goodman. It would have happened anyway.
Here is why the IV was against the rules of the NSAC:
1. USADA granted Mayweather a TUE when they had no capacity to do that. Only the NSAC can do it and they acknowledged this with a statement in the article.
2. Mayweather took an IV at home and not in a medical facility, and the total contents was 750 ml. The only allowable IV use is 50 ml in a 6 hour period, and has to be done in a medical facility.
Even if he followed the allowable limit, 50 ml every 6 hours in a 24 hour period equals 200 ml. Mayweather took 750 ml in one sitting. That is a system flush.Comment
