The NSAC have confirmed already that USADA broke the rules by giving Floyd the TUE and letting him shoot up. Plus they only let them know about this around 20 days afterwards.Comment

And rules were broken. 1. USADA granted Mayweather a TUE when they had no capacity to do that. Only the NSAC can do it and they acknowledged this with a statement in the article. 2. Mayweather took an IV at home and not in a medical facility, and the total contents was 750 ml. The only allowable IV use is 50 ml in a 6 hour period, and has to be done in a medical facility.
Even if he followed the allowable limit, 50 ml every 6 hours in a 24 hour period equals 200 ml. Mayweather took 750 ml in one sitting. That is a system flush.Comment

Maybe he injected the vitamins because he believed that was the best way to rehydrate? Similar to how Marquez drank piss b/c he believed it was good for him. When it was anything but. I could see how one would believe injecting vitamins directly into the vein is quicker and better than drinking them.
Looks like the internet has already made up its mind though. Mayweather uses PEDs b/c he injected vitamins intravenously.Comment

The correct word is moot, not mute.
