yes. what he did was illegal. why he did it though is still a mystery. the reasons people usually do this is to hide PED use or if they are super dehydrated(still illegal) but floyd weighed 150 pounds 30 days before the fight so the dehydration excuse doesn't fly at all. it appears to anyone logical that he was hiding his PED use. usually attempts to mask PED use are treated the same as PED use but it doesn't look like he will face any punishment for some reason. special treatment of course.Comment

Thomas Hauser been trying to pin PED's on Mayweather for years now. It was people who tried to RUN with his "Mayweather Failed 3 Test" Story as well a few years ago before that got shot down.
I guess we will have to wait and see how this one turns out. Hopefully boxing Writers/Reports don't ruin their careers like Steve Kim and Gabriel Montoya did when they tried to run with that "Mayweather Failed 3 Test" story without doing more research and being able to Prove ItComment
