Because he has been suspected of this ****. What Floyd used is not a PED.

It's a thing for dehydration. The NSAC has basically said nothing will happen to Floyd but they threw USADA under the bus. That could spell the end for USADA.

Because he has a prime opportunity to make this a big issue and even fight for the NSAC to overturn the decision. If he doesn't it's because he doesn't want to get his **** scrutinized as well.

A guy that claims he has to eat to make weight shouldn't be dehydrated. This story doesn't make sense, as you say something fishy is definitely going on here.
