floyd tried to hide this illegal IV use by not informing usada and by doing it at his own home, usada happened to catch him while he was doing it

This is so similar to the Lamont Peterson/Amir Khan case. Lamont went to a doctor and was given testosterone but did not clear it with the commission. When it came up in a later test before the rematch he admitted it and the fight was deemed a no contest and Lamont was stripped of his title.
Peterson went to an actual doctor, Floyd was taking massive amounts of fluids through in IV in his own home and told no one. USADA didn't report it until well after the fight. That's some shady stuff.

You'll notice how any mention of Golden Boy (now back in the good graces of HBO) in the article contained an 'at the time under the leadership of Richard Schaefer' qualifier.

I also like how Hauser somehow twists the lack of action by the NSAC on TWO (allegedly) 'suspect' T/E Ratios from Mayweather tests that THEY THEMSELVES ordered and had in their possession into a USADA problem.

Hauser dismisses this by stating that

on 2 tests from '11 and '13. This even though Conte was all over the media in '12 screaming about CIR testing after the Cotto fight.

lol no writer is beating Floyd with a Pen. A writer only talks about that no athlete is bigger than the sport he's in.

No athlete is above the rules of any governing body. FLoyd got caught. It's just how a cookie crumbles. A fraud will eventually get caught.
