Floyd was a drug cheat who got an exception two weeks after being caught with an illegal IV. Why didn't he get approval for this prior? Where were you when Floyd was falsely accusing Manny of using steroids and meth? Did Manny ever fail a drug test?

I would guess he didn’t get prior approval because he was dehydrated. His medical team isn’t going to call the testing agency in that situation.
