You have horrible reading comprehension. Damn, thought Germans had a good education system...

Finally, on May 21, USADA sent a letter to Francisco Aguilar and Bob Bennett (respectively, the chairman and executive director of the NSAC) with a copy to Top Rank (Pacquiao's promoter) informing them that a retroactive the****utic use exemption had been granted to Mayweather. The letter did not say when the request for the retroactive TUE was made by Mayweather or when it was granted by USADA.

Subsequent correspondence in response to requests by the NSAC and Top Rank for further information revealed that the TUE was not applied for until May 19 and was granted on May 20.
Bob Bennett (who worked for the FBI before assuming his present position as executive director of the Nevada State Athletic Commission) has this to say: “The TUE for Mayweather’s IV - and the IV was administered at Floyd’s house, not in a medical facility, and wasn’t brought to our attention at the time - was totally unacceptable. I’ve made it clear to Travis Tygart that this should not happen again. We have the sole authority to grant any and all TUEs in the state of Nevada. USADA is a drug-testing agency. USADA should not be granting waivers and exemptions. Not in this state. We are less than pleased that USADA acted the way it did.”
Say what you will about Hauser but he is quoting people directly involved with the situation that suggest that NSAC was not alerted to the IV saline in advance and that the TUE was not applied for until well after the fight. (Even if the TUE had been applied for in advance, the May/Pac contract promises 24hr notice to the commission and to Team Pacquiao about any TUE approvals from Mayweather, and vice-versa, so that would mean that Mayweather and USADA intentionally withheld that information from them for weeks. Either way, it looks bad.) I'll wait to hear Aguilar and Bennett deny that they confirmed no knowledge of this taking place until way after the fight.

This quote does not state when the TUE was applied for or when it was granted.

I don't get it now, u said Hauser contradicts Iole cuz Hauser said USADA didn't know anything about the TUE but Iole said that they were the ones who granted and oversaw the damn thing, and I already said that.

U were talking about the date, according to Hauser NSAC knew about this on the 19th, Iole published his stuff 3 days later, yet the NSAC itself didn't say anything about this AFTER tge article was published, what does that mean to u? To me or to anyone that has common sense it means they either agreed with everything written in the article, they had 4 months time to say something about it and they didn't, and Coincidentally Floyd has a fight on Saturday, come on man!

It clearly says that Floyd applied for it and was granted by USADA before the fight, he said they oversaw the TUE and had urine taken before and after the TUE, he doesn't have to write a date! If they oversaw it this means they granted it. I don't know about the commision, but if USADA is responsible for testing and Mayweather asked them and was granted the TUE, why is this a problem now? They told him u can do it and he did it in front of them.

Whether they told the NSAC about it or not is their problem, not Mayweather's, he did what he was told. Also NSAC had 4 months time to say anything about it, why would they wait 4 months and Coincidentally 2 days before a Mayweather fight to address the issue? This doesn't make much sense to me.

No it didn't. It just said it was given for may 1st... It's called a cover up things look good on the outside but once you start digging you see the irregularities.

Edit: also never says they oversaw the tue just the testing overall... What a horrible reach.

                  Why would they do that?
