Well he lost to Mayweather and Pacquiao- neither of whom should be in the top 15. The Martinez win was tainted by Martinez's knees. His win over Mosley was pretty solid, but Mosley is not top 15 either. Just not enough there to make a case. Honestly cannot see him in top 100 or even 200 really.
