Years ago the UFC talking heads were going on and on about how boxing was dead. Fast forward to 2015 and they now can't shut up about a certain boxer and won't stop riding his coattails or using his name to help promote their #1 attraction.

What is sad is that the pound for pound king of our sport is viewed as a safety first, chess player instead of the beloved knockout artist and ruthless killer. Other combat sports fighters see Floyd as a lame. He's undefeated and has a lot of money but that don't make ppl change their views on him. He's very un likeable and has a boring fighting style. Why is so so hard to understand??? UFC doesn't need to promote Ronda Rousey. She's gold. Her last ppv almost did a mill, she's in movies, wwe and she's wrecking girls in the cage.

If the UFC doesn't need to promote Ronda, they've done a very good job of promoting her through movies, wwe, ESPN body mag, photoshoots, using Floyd's name etc. If all she did was wreck girls in the cage and nothing else do you think her brand would be doing just as well?
