I gotcha. Sttictly for entertainment purposes i agree this fight isnt that bad, its "just a fight". I would much rather there be no significant stakes on the line bcuz theres just no quality about this fight being for the strap. For Bardley this is just a pointless, counter-productive fight really. Beating Rios just doesnt improve his standing whatsoever.

He beat a mid-level 140lb'er, then he DQ'd a mid-level welter.

That is pretty weak criteria for a title shot.

Rios is a fun fighter, and one of the few marketable names that Bob Arum has remaining in his roster..... that is why Rios keeps landing these paydays.

This will be interesting! Oscar spent a lot of time kissing Arum's ass after Schaefer left GBP. Now his fighter is in line to fight Bradley for the title. Will Oscar ask Ali to step aside, or will he do what's in his fighter's best interest and demand a title shot NOW? If I'm Oscar, I ask Ali to step aside ONLY if Arum gives Ali a shot at Pacquiao in his return fight early 2016! If Ali can't get Pacquiao, then Oscar should demand Bradley ASAP!
