And **** if you can got a name & don't got your own promotional company at this point idk wtf you are doing with your boxing career so seems standard. Guessing there is some tax implications here or something besides everyone & their sparring partner thinking they can make it in the boxing business.

Having said that if his promotion can get involved in PBC like it appears Mayweather's promotional arm has done it would seem like a low risk proposition. And hell with the way PBC works every headline guy could start his own promotional company & just be freelanced to promote his own shows by PBC.
LLCs (limited liability companies) get taxes at basically 20% [minus a **** ton of revenue offsets]; personal income taxes start from 10% and go to basically 40% for any income over $400k (on $1m, the avg rate is about 37% before any offsets).

Beyond that, Haymon is a pretty serious businessman (notice how he still has Warriors Boxing as the lead promoter for the show).

Mayweather Promotions is in a different situation; before PBC had even been announced, Floyd's company had already put on a handful of shows completely on their own, while also having ten fighters officially signed to the company (with Floyd being the banner fighter). He wasn't a major promoter, but when PBC decided to work with his company, at least there was somewhat of a track record to go off of.

Broner has none of that, yet.

I just had to laugh at the video where the dude was talking about the promotional company and had to say 'about billions' part. He looked embarrassed when he had to say it, haha.

Oh no he didnt!!!! No he didnt, thank you for that pearl of wisdom. Maybe, just maybe, broner is more hype? Than skiznills'?? He tried to korn maidana with his dry humping antics, but got man handled.

What a waste of talent, that is what my mentors tell me. Broner needs to be himself. Billions, hahaha, he should have called it 'chump change promotions' !

How funny would that be? Broner goes to set up a company and Hymen tells him that he is OK with it as long as he gets to select the company's board of advisors. Broner says sure because all he cares about is having a company only to find out that the board of advisors consists of Hymen, Sam Watson and Roger Mayweather, lol.

Broner tries to buy a Mercedes as a "company car" and Hymen advises him to purchase a Civic instead, lmao.

These guys need to Establish themselves as winners, ring proven, hardended stee. Before forming some weak promotional company. Broner has skills, but he is not the next great, not unless he shuts up, gets it done in the ring, then he can promote himself as a great. Floyd fought maidana back to back. Broner had enough of Chino, & his chorizo!

The only 'problem' for the "the PROBLEM" was that maidana is a very aggressive brawler, and did not believe the AB hype. Then broner couldn't deal with a tough customer in the ring, AKA 'chino'. Chino straight put them thangs on broner. He laid hands on broner. I enjoyed watching broner, in a pre fight hype show, he was hitting the heavy bag, talking about maidana being strong, and leaving the outcome up to GOD, then taking it all back with some ****** self promoting trash talk that only made him look more fake after Chino broke him off some beat down. . Chino set the record straight, and put it down like the true warrior he is.

Here is the solution to the 'problem'.
                  1. Stay busy with lots of punches
                  2. Moves forward and press the action.
                  3. Don't wait on him.
                  4. Make him feel it, bring the pain
                  5. Make him ask the third man in the ring for help!

Depending on which WBA belt he ends up fighting for (super or regular), Broner could set himself at 140, fight out of Cincinnatti and make a killing [Garcia and Peterson seem to be going up to 147, Amir Imam is already set to pick off the Postol-Matthysse winner, and Terrence Crawford is locked in over at HBO(thanks to Bob Arum). You look down the rest of the landscape and Broner measures pretty well]
So you are saying as long as he avoids all the threats he will be fine? Great plan.

Anyway he better avoid these threats because once he steps up again like he has in the past he gets put down.

So you think there is a chance the WBA is going to make Broner a super champ. Broners next fight being a title fight is straight up bogus. Just think a title fight between two guys that lost their previous fight. Great job WBA now that I think of it make it for the super champion either guy deserves a shot. Geez give me s break.
