I think what he is implying is that Mayweather's voice sounds different from early on in his career because he may have still been developing a deeper voice because when he had a high pitched voice he was still in his mid 20s.

I honestly did not know voices can become deeper afer your mid 20s, but I guess it's possible with some people. My voice has been the same since about 17 years old. I had a deep voice at an early age, but it didn't get any deeper than that. I also stopped growing at the same age, I stayed at 5'8" which was my height in my teens.

My take is that he's always had the same voice, but like every athlete who just finished an event, his voice sounds high pitched in post fight interviews. If you compare his Kenny interview on ESPN for the Judah fight and his interviews now, he sounds the same. When he gets angry his voice sounds high pitched. For example his fight with his dad in the gym and when replying to Mosley in the Marquez post fight interview. Also when you hear him shout in the gym having fun now, you can hear the high pitched voice.

I know that but his voice was extremely high in his 20's whereas it's extremely deep now.

His voice was still quite high pitched in his 30's In comparison to now.

Why his voice always so hoarse lately like he's suffering from dry throat.

This has been the case since the first Pacquiao press conference.

          Wtf is going on?

Did you just attempt to complete a medical diagnosis without having patient contact?

You guys are a riot .....

Ask me how I was able to determine that Fidelina got pregnant by a black man without even having taken a look at her expectant, dialated gash seeping with piss while the wench was on IG posting .gif images of her contracting her sweet little Dominican sphincter.

Ask me about that and beg me to answer.

It sounds like there are some genetic connection going on with Sarcoidosis so he has an increased risk of getting it due to Sr. having it.
