The truth about Bradley being a pure boxer

That mentality has made his last few fights very difficult. Losing Diaz could mean the last we have seen Tim as an elite fighter. Getting a new trainer will cause chemistry issues in training, and even worst, during the fights. I wish the champ all the luck in the world. But if he is serious about moving up in weight to fight the likes of Cotto and Canelo, he will being going into it at an even bigger disadvantage without Joel.
When Bradley was operating as a slick, fast boxer with incredible stamina he was throwing his punches from a angles and making everybody miss with their hard shots. And he could take a punch.
He was, however mostly disrespected here because he wasn't a KO artist. He hasn't really changed except he's more willing to take shots and go with what he always has; he wants to come back with something right away.
He needs to work with someone on his footwork and positioning for power. People were just ignoring and dismissing him as pillow fisted even though he was elite before the coming out party with Ruslan.
He made a conscious decision to upgrade his career with the Provodnikov fight. He's not going back. He can learn to punch with power. He needs to find the guy. Could be Atlas but he would need to be paid to go back to being a trainer.

Tim has been in too many close fights recently, and nearly lost his last two fights, even though he is in another class than both of those guys.

Give this time to simmer and see who he chooses. Tim is an elite welterweight and could very well beat anyone out there once Floyd and Manny retire. The man is not an idiot. What's wrong with the guys wife being right? How do you guys know? We need to wait and see what the future holds before we can accurately judge the move. It very well could be a great one.

Tim - ignore Joel's comments and the haters!
Tim is not an elite Welter dude. He was an elite jr. welter. He is not great at anything, he is sound and good at everything, but that is what makes him vulnerable. I hate to say this but all these people who think he is a slick boxer are stereo typing him. He is a fighter, boxes and brawls. Yet that is what makes all his fights usually good and competitive. I do think he could be the best welter when the two big dogs leave, but really there isn't a great welter after them. Thurmon to me is the only one who could be. Maybe Brook , but he looks like he will stay in Europe alot and fight retreds.

We see who wears the pants in this relationship lol
Its obvious she dont give a ****, she wants him to fight on while joel wants tim to retire after one or two more fights.

Tim is really a sucker simp, and its a shame really, he could have got a woman who really loved him and was a true hottie with class and compassion, this chick monica doesnt even do anything, chit tim even took care of her kids changed thier diapers, fed them and took them to school, while he trained to fight. If monica cared she woukd at least try and lose the pot belly and get sexy for him instead she is like why get in shape or do anything when this sucker loves me and i got him hook line and sinker. Now she wants to make more money at his own expense even if he gets brain damaged. She only with tim out of security, tim actually rewarded a woman who rejected him and never found him attractive. Tim is a good man and simp supremo.

I'd like to see him work with Teddy. Teddy would be able to give him full attention, and Teddy is a really involved with his fighters. People forget that Atlas is the reason Povetkin became heavyweight champion who made a ton of money, and not just another Klitschko victim.

So basically, something happened in their personal relationship that lead to this. TIM has the talent, motor and will to win. He'll do great no matter the trainer. Wonder if he's considering Roach...

Timmeh with Roach would be a good fit. He would have tim throwing at angles and not getting hit as much. JDJ is good too. Atlas , i don't know. Too involved in TV etc. Abel Sanchez would be okay too. Floyd Sr is a good fit as well i believe.

Roach, Garcia or jdj would deft be the best options. I disagree that he'd get hit less with Roach - Roach does not believe in defense. But I think he could improve his offensive game and might help him create more power. Atlast noo, same for Abel. Floyd Sr would try to make Bradley too defensive which is not Tim's game, so it won't mesh. It'd be Floyd Sr -Hatton all over again. Hatton looked awkward and off balance with Floyd Sr. Any trainer OTHER THAN VIRGIL HUNTER WOULD BE OK. hunter is by FARR the most overrated trainer in boxing

He schooled Marquez completely. As a welterweight. No brawling, none of that, and nobody complained so he could maybe get away with that more now that he's shown what he can do.
Ruslan could do nothing in the middle rounds. He was helpless. That was Timmy being elite, slick, and quick. I do pretty much agree with what you're saying. I think he can take all the welters now except one. And that fight will never happen.
