Ruslan could do nothing in the middle rounds. He was helpless. That was Timmy being elite, slick, and quick. I do pretty much agree with what you're saying. I think he can take all the welters now except one. And that fight will never happen.
Swatty styles make fights and he is a bad style match up for Marquez. Tim's problem was he was a bigger puncher down at 140. I don't remember the Khan issue of who ducked who, but wished that would have played out. Tim s a tough guy, but it seems he was lifting weights to get bigger and stronger for the 147 and 154 pound limits. That often doesn't translate into power. Tim would have been better off staying at 140 and occasionally venturing up to 147. Plus the first PAC fight we all know he lost. Tim is a competitor i guess that is the best way to describe him. I feel right now Thurmon and Brook would both be bad match ups for him. They are both bigger and better boxers than him. Would love to see Tim fight Broner at like 144 or 140. Tim would outwork that loser. The Rios fight he could very well dominate, but he could also get knocked out because Rios is a bigger puncher than Chaves, Vargas and Provodnikov.

Floyd Sr would try to make Bradley too defensive which is not Tim's game, so it won't mesh. It'd be Floyd Sr -Hatton all over again. Hatton looked awkward and off balance with Floyd Sr. Any trainer OTHER THAN VIRGIL HUNTER WOULD BE OK. hunter is by FARR the most overrated trainer in boxing
I'm sure roach doesn't neglect defense, none of his fighters are defensive wizards by any means. But they do show defensive responsibility. And Tim Bradley is nothing like ricky hatton lol, he would actually be a good fit with sr imo

However its all bluff that he doesnt know who he is fighting next or who they looking at, hes married to his Manager (you know the person who makes that decision for him) you telling me they dont talk buisness LOL.

I honestly think its a bad move on Bradleys part, Joel has bradley best interest at heart however I think a recent interview joel gave might of help bradley make hes descision. Diaz said something to the effect that bradley was in bad shape during training getting hurt by everyone he was sparring and he wanted to call off the fight but bradley said no LETS GET THIS MONEY and diaz replied we already have enough money and that was that the fight went on. Bradley (monica actually imo) has got greedy thats why Monica (bradleys wife) has took over cameron job as manager now they fire the trainer? it wouldent surprise me if bradley comes into the next fight trainerless and just name one of the people that already helps him as trainer (probably be his dad) just to keep more of the money.

Sad but I honestly think bradley is gonna leave this sport seriously damage, medrick taylor type of damage.
That's a step too far lol

As for Paq, Atlas making PED accusations without any evidence just backs up my claim he is a blo-hard egomaniac. He thinks he is some sort of boxing intellectual. Do u actually here the things he says on ESPN or on his radio show The guy tries to sound like an intellectual by misusing words, mispronouncing words, all around sounding like an idiot.

There are times he gets his criticism right, when it comes to judges or refs, but now that he is with PBC there is a 0 tolerance policy for criticizing anything or anyone in the PBC universe.
          OK, fair call.

I dont want to get into the PED thing to be honest, all I will say it this.....

Atlas' concerns/observations were not entirely unfounded. He asked some fair questions, questions that have still not yet been answered.

People often go too far, and the man is extremely passionate about boxing..... but to completely write-off everything he said is also going too far.

Pretty shocking news, I never saw this coming. Perhaps Joe Goossen would be a good replacement.

Excellent post! This makes the most sense seeing how Bradley himself has said that he has a problem with weight and doesn't take care of his body in between fights. Geez if his wife is going to be his manager then she needs to lead by example and work on the families diet.
