The pac fans need this. They know they are wrong and Floyd is better but they cant let it go. Its embedded in their souls which is scary cause its a sport and a fighter but some live for Pac and to hate Floyd.

Fischer makes an excellent case, not sure why you're complaining. He says from the start it depends on what your criteria is which is saying it's gong to vary from person to person. If you find that being undefeated is more important, then you're going to rate Floyd higher. Fischer on the other hand sees more value in the opponents Pacquiao faced and thus ranked Pac higher for that time period.

Which is why I have no issue with him picking Pacquiao, my issue is his reasoning for Floyd...its biased horrible.

It wouldn't even question him on his "Opinion" that is HIS OPINION and he is more than entitled to it. Fans are extremely confused when it comes to what is Facts and what are Opinions.
