again zahir was lightweight while manny was still competing at featherweight. plus prime 130 marquez >>>>>>>>> zahir raheem. also margarito again is more dangerous, more experienced, much bigger and a farrr bigger star than frickin yuri foreman.
what abotu floyd avoiding: prime cotto, paul williams, margarito, prime manny, prime mosley, khan, martinez, GGG, etc. u know REALLLLL THREATS!!!! hahahahahahahahahahaha
As for threats, all you are doing is listing anyone Floyd didn't fight and have decided they would've been a threat, even if they realistically wouldn't have been.

When Manny beat Margarito @ 150, he got more props than Floyd beating Canelo @ 152. When Floyd beat Mosely after Mosely had KO'd Margarito, Manny got more props for beating Mosely much later, who was coming off a loss. He refused testing, and Floyd was vilified instead of Manny. All the talk was "why won't Floyd fight Manny?" instead of "why did Manny refuse random blood testing." Dan Rafael did his part, and asked Arum "why were you considering fighting in May, and then when Floyd got a continuance, suddenly Pac is not prepared to fight in May?" When Manny kept saying "I signed the contract," and then Koncz had to admit to that "there were no contracts," the perception that Floyd was not trying to make the fight continued! Even when Floyd fought Maidana, he caught more flak than when Manny fought Algeri! And now the story is Manny was injured before the fight, even though his team indicated Manny was NOT injured! What would be the story if Floyd lost and claimed to be injured?
Also Manny absolutely did not get more credit for Mosley than Mayweather, what a joke that suggestion even is. Though hard to argue which performance was more dominant. Manny knocked Mosley down and won every round, but Mosley buckled Mayweather in the only round he won.
Manny got lots of flack from fans and non-fans alike for Algieri, and the low PPV buys reflected that. Are you just blind to when people say or do anything negative towards Manny?
I assume the story to Floyd being injured would be the same as when he had said he had a shoulder injury in the past - aka no one would even be talking about it or pressing him to show the MRIs and prove that every aspect of his story checks out, as many did when Manny said he hurt his shoulder.Last edited by BrometheusBob.; 08-31-2015, 10:27 AM.

Koncz had to tell FightHype the truth, then they got dissed by Floyd in the ring! The 4 top dogs in boxing are Floyd, Cotto, Canelo, and Pacquiao! Guess which one has beaten the other 3? 'Nuff said!

Look dude, let it go. Manny made his decision when to fight Floyd. He could of made less and fought him instead of JMM. he could have fought him but he didn't want to take random testing. he could've fought him before he went to jail but he got stitches he really didn't need.
That's on Manny.

Also Pacman was in his prime in 2009, but Mayweather dodged him then and dodged him for the next 6 years. Only offering Pacquiao offers he KNEW Pacquiao wouldn't accept, ie flat 40 million and nothing else.
Ferocious brawlers like Pacman, Tyson, Frazier, Marciano only have a short time in boxing. These type of fighters are almost over by their early 30's, never mind mid-late 30's. Mayweather knew this and dodged Pacquiao until Pacquiao got old. A slick, defensive boxer who doesn't go to war lasts a lot longer than the fighters I mentioned above.
Manny is NOT just a brawler, man. He is a complete fighter. What we found out on May 2nd, is that his ring IQ was under-rated. His timing, counter-punching, and defense was also vastly under-rated. He outpointed Floyd honestly. We, the people can care less about what the judges thought, CompuBox, or the commentators. They were all on crack that night and had no idea what they were watching.
