Just because nobody dropped doesn't mean there weren't good punches. They bombed each other with solid shots. They were just tough to take it. How could you not see that?

Both fights delivered in terms of punishment dished out but lacked a little more drama we thought it could contain.

That said, I enjoyed the fight but I was rooting for Mares so I'm a little butthurt right now.
some credit has to be givin to santa cruz to act like he was just wildly throwing tonight is ridiculous. in almost every single exchange he was landing big shots he controlled the distance and even boxed mares a lot. it was a war how it wasnt a war to people just shows people will complain about anything. not every fight can be foty. give credit where credit is due mares had no chance besides being wild and hoping to land a big shot but even when he did santa cruz just took it and came back. its almost like people would prefer watching some knock out puncher fight an overmatched fighter its just crazy i dont get how people are never happy. who said there needs to be a knockdown for it to be an all out war

I know, I'm not a Floyd fan like you but a Mares shoulder roll would have been ***in classic. I think Leo looks up to Floyd.

Fight started well but started to get boring after about 4 rounds. Ceja-Ruiz was amazing, though. Ceja looked done when he got knocked down but he adjusted and got the KO!

It was a good night of boxing... All the fights were action packed..

Make competitive matchups and you usually get good fights

Haymon made the best fight the best and made a good card, he can't influence how the actual fights play out, that's up to the fighters and I think they gave it everything they've got, both threw almost 1000 punches and went through a very tough fight, people in the arena were happy with what they saw and I didn't hear a boo after the fight, however I think the ref. should've warned Mares early about clinching cuz there were at least 5 intentional clinches per round initiated by Mares, which was kinda excessive, but Haymon can't do nothing about that either, Haymon did a good job tonight
