Cotto not fighting GGG is the equivalent to Mayweather not fighting Khan to me. GGG calling out the big name fighters with his weak resume, while turning down the high risk-low reward fights himself and never headlining a PPV. That's what he is, high risk, low reward and that's what Lara and Ward are to him as well. He turns them down refusing to add credible wins to his resume but then wants the big PPV fighters to pick him though. Difference is Khan is not high risk and he is actually a little popular.
