Manny Pacquaio is still recovering from his fake shoulder injury. He wasn't available. Neither were Cotto or Alvarez. They are sparring each other on November 21. With Keith Thurman and Amir Khan busy searching for their next stiff to fight, that left no one available but what you refer to as bums!
