Maybe, maybe not but still doesn't change the fact that Rios is by far Brook's toughest opponent for a whole year, and second toughest of his whole career which says quite a lot about his competition to date if you think about it.

Rios would be the second best win on Brook resume If he could pull it off but the question that remains is can Brook box and move as good as Pacquiao did against him?
Rios is a tough guy and Brook does look a bit chinny and very suspect to any inside fighting i.e. he clinches to get out of inside fighting he doesn't box his way out of it.

But he didn't do that. He turned down a more than fair deal because he knew he wouldn't win.

Say anything? I told you what happened. You were the guy who said Brook wouldn't show up to fight Porter

Now you'll say anything to criticise Brook because you're buttsore that he made Porter look like a bum.

True, Brook cant outmanoeuvre Rios the same way Pacquiao did, if he can get caught and roughed up by Carson Jones and Porter at times he'll get caught by Rios too. The only downside is that Rios is a small 147 pounder since he's a former 135 pounder so Brook's size advantage could sway the fight. We would have found out if he hadn't ducked Rios like this..

Brook held an average of 18 times per round. He won a close fight. Been wanting for Brook to get into the big picture. He fought Porter and then that was it.

You just like to make up stuff as you go. BTW how are the Rios negotiations going at your point of view?

Calling Kell a Diva may go down as a compliment with Brook, so that defeats the purpose.

He also landed the only clean punches in the fight whilst Porter wailed away like an absolute amateur

What did I make up, kid? Rios was offered a 7 figure purse and a potential rematch in America which he turned down. How is that not a fair offer?

                    Facts:

                    - Hearn made Rios an offer, Rios' team weren't happy with the money

                    - Hearn increased the offer, Rios' team complained about the rematch being in the UK

                    - Hearn agreed that if Rios won, they could have the rematch in the US.

                    - Rios team then started complaining about the gloves and the rematch clause in general. The gloves had already been banned by the Board, not Kell Brook and rematch clauses are standard for voluntary challengers.

Conclusion - Bum Bum didn't want the fight.

Why are you pulling stats out of your ass?

there was 103 holds in the entire fight, that's less than 9 per round + Porter had some fault in some of those clinches, rushing in with headbutts and punching behind the head more than 100 times in the fight.

So you like to make stuff up as you go.
