You've come to the conclusion that I am no longer a good poster because I think Floyd will retire after September.

    Ok...

I think he would retire but he would still come back and fight one more time, the offer for him to be 50-0 would be enormous and he would be too tempted.

I think a lot of people feel this way, he has held boxing to ransom. But you are a long time retired. So he will take a break, lay off or penultimate retirement, and fight for the 50th.

He deserves a break, hes been a good boy with fighting every 6 months. Take some hikes, see some sights, look after kids. But if he gets under his womans feet and gets in her way she might kick him out to earn some more money. So FLoyd will do what he does ie box.

Those words he said 'Nobody knows what the future holds', makes me think he will return for at least one more fight. If he does come back, it most likely would be vs Pacquaio in a rematch, if Arum agrees to Mayweather's co being the main promoter again, or perhaps a Keith Thurman. Don't think it would be vs GGG at 154lbs.

I am no fan of Floyd, but I will give him credit if he can stick to his retirement, there is very few fighters who could and did. As a boxing fan I would like to see him again fight Manny because that is the only guy worth fighting besides triple GGG. Floyd enjoy retirement, glad to see you go.

                Stop!

Right there is a sign that he is not firm about anything. That sentence leaves a question mark. Big money fight with Pacquiao, Cotto-Canelo winner would make him come out for that 50th fight is what that sentence tells me.

                Agreed.....

You cant say that you're firm on you decision and have no second thoughts on retiring only to follow up with "Nobody knows what the future holds".

Retire Floyd. You're no longer a fighter. You're a nullifier who's focus is to win fights without having to fight. Sure it works for him and like he says..."I win anyway I can". Aside from your small diehard fanbase you wont be missed.

Now that he has a plan for what will keep him busy after fighting, I think he stays out. I hope he does;Don't make the same mistake MJ did coming back for the Wizards.

Side Note* More of Floyd's detractors are on this particular comment section than fans, and they're all saying he should go, but at the same time finding every reason for him to stay.

Its like that scene in The Wire where Stringer's dead and McNulty looked like he lost his best friend. Their whole purpose has been to seem him fail, then go to oblivion. If he willingly leaves right when he's old enough for someone to finally catch up with him, their whole purpose will be taken from them.
