Hopefully he retires for good but the way Floyd spends money, I can see himself looking for another payday.Comment

"Nobody knows what the future holds, but right now..."
Stop!
Right there is a sign that he is not firm about anything. That sentence leaves a question mark. Big money fight with Pacquiao, Cotto-Canelo winner would make him come out for that 50th fight is what that sentence tells me.Comment

No chance of Pacquaio rematch."Nobody knows what the future holds, but right now..."

No chance of Canelo rematch.
Cotto rematch is the only possibilty if he beats Canelo (which I don't think will happen)Comment

What makes you sure about the Pac and Canelo rematches?
Anyway, I think Floyd is trying to say that at the moment he is dead set on retirement, but "nobody knows what the future holds" = "If I get offered a massive payday for a 50th fight, sure i'll fight again."Comment

Pacquaio won't happen because Floyd is going to want the vast majority of the money and all the advantages. Since he's beaten him he won't settle for less. The first fight was hard enough to make, the second one isn't happening.
Canelo rematch isn't happening because there's no way they will agree on the weight.
I think it's more of a case of Floyd going through his usual lines.
I agree there's a chance of a 50th fight but I believe it's a minute chance. Floyd's pretty set on retirement IMO.Comment

Man you used to be a good poster. Now you are actually a floyd nut gobbler even believing the **** he says smdhPacquaio won't happen because Floyd is going to want the vast majority of the money and all the advantages.
