Because everyone had high praises on pacquaio saying he will be the next big thing and he just literally blasted through all the other tops who he was accompanied by (barrera, marquez)

By turning southpaw in the 12th and give pacquaio the desperate shot he needed was basically saying 'you cant **** with me, I am better then you, nothing you can do to defeat me'. Thats the equvielent of a ali shuffle morales just stunted on him with pure balls.

and he lost lmfao hell naw.

Wtf? I think most fans of the sport got and still get goosebumps from that round when they re watch it. It was an amazing display of courage, heart and valor to switch stances after comfortably winning the fight and give his opponent openings to engage and possibly KO him. It was practically letting a rabid wolverine out of its cage and dangling a steak in front of him to impose his dominance.

Could you imagine how crazy people would have gone if Mayweather would have switched stances in the 12th round and plummeted into a wildfire shootout against Pacquiao in their fight? I'm sure you would have fainted and gone months on end replaying that specific round.

this is what separates REAL legends from REAL frauds.
that's crazy that a complete coward annihilated Pac that easily

but i do admit his intrerview with merchant was straight gangster though...

Merchant- "WHy did you go southpaw in the 12th?"
            Morales- "Did you like it?"
            Merchant- "Yes I did"
            Morales- "Alright then"

What the hell are you talking about?! "He basically lost the fight..." No, he didn't. He won it very clearly, even with the crazy **** he pulled in the 12th.

Anyway, you've already answered your own question with the second part of your post, so why ask it?

He did it because it's Morales.

The funniest part was he turned southpaw and immediately went to the ****ter lol. It was a dumbass move that had no benefit. Boy did he put on a performance though. Great great fight.
