Brook has the most dominant win over any other Welterweight in the division. This division could be really good if the top 10 just fought each other.

Are we talking most skilled or 'dangerous'? Because Mayweather is not dangerous, in fact he's the polar opposite of Maidana. Maidana and Thurman are most dangerous, whereas Floyd, Brook and Bradley are most skilled.

What frustrates me about Brook is that he is not realizing his potential.

He will beat Chavez, but in reality it does not add much to his resume at all.

Both him a princess Khan are waiting each other out for a payday.

If Brook fought Bradley or Thurman he would eclipse anything Khan has done at 147 and he could create a legacy without Khan's begging bowl.

Brook IMO could unify the division, but he has yet to prove himself.

This is all there is to it.

Once these guys start fighting, we can start figuring out who is the best or most dangerous. Floyd is retired and Manny is on his way out too. Time for the next gen to step up.
