Brook is a solid boxer, but it's not evident to me that he's the best WW outside of Mayweather. I'd pick Pacquiao to beat him but it's a bad style for him, plus Brook hasn't shown he can be stopped. Really hoping for Thurman-Porter, Brook-Bradley, Khan-Pac or Khan-Garcia II maybe or basically any set of matches between the top welters to answer these sorts of questions.

Floyd is 38, past his best, and I would give Brook a real chance of beating him now.

So Kel might well be the best WW in the world right now. But it's a difficult division to assess, as the top guys don't seem to want to fight each other.
