Remember when Kellerman brought up Ward's name after Monroe/Golovkin and 12,000 people started booing? It would actually be funny to see Ward on this card, hell he'll be getting booed at the press conferences on top of that.

I wonder if he has to agree to a pay cut? No way Cotto or Alvarez are agreeing to share $2mill with him, it's not like he's drawing any of the money. That would be $4mill Jay-Z has had to lose on Ward so far. There are far more noble charities out there than to support the SOG.

I thought that was crazy because that was in Wards own backyard in Cali.

Any boxer who publicly called out a smaller man, one or maybe 2 divisions below him, in front of a boxing crowd, then refused to even discuss a CW, would be viewed as a cherry picking coward.

If Ward wants to impress the MSG crowd, he should call out Kovalev, not GGG.

              Lol, no.

It's hard to tell one one rap song from another, if you're not into it. But it was 50 Cent's company that went bankrupt, not Jay-Z's.

Roc Nation are still very much solvent, despite Ward's best efforts to drain them dry!

The post here by some can't be anymore ******. "Go away".

A highly decorated, undefeated fighter who only due to injuries is out of the pound for pound scale should "go away"? GTFOH

Smart idea and he should jump to get on it no matter what it pays.

The amount of money Roc Nation has already lost on Andre Ward is astounding:

                    1. Buying him out of a valid promotional contract = probably 7 figures?
                    2. Signing him with a high minimum and most likely a signing bonus.
                    3. Time Buy on BET plus a $2 million dollar purse for a fight that nobody watched.
                    4. More Possible BET time buys if HBO doesn't like his choice of opponent.

They better hope they can get him onto this PPV so they can get a little relief.
