**** Dougie. Haven't paid attention to him in years, and I can see my decision was justified.

TBE is way too low and where the **** is Calzaghe at? Manny shouldn't even be on the list.

Starting from a pool of ~50 names I had to make some tough choices...

          1. Sugar Ray Leonard
          2. Floyd Mayweather Jr
          3. Manny Pacquiao
          4. Pernell Whittaker
          5. Wladimir Klitschko
          6. Bernard Hopkins
          7. Roy Jones Jr
          8. Evander Holyfield
          9. Marvin Hagler
          10. Felix Trinidad

Honorable Mentions: James Toney, Lennox Lewis, Chavez Sr, Mike Tyson, Spinks, Ricardo Lopez, Duran, Hearns, JMM, ODLH, McCallum

          Notes:
Mostly I considered who they fought and where in their careers their opponents were. I used my own discretion regarding fights I thought were robberies. I also considered the context in which the fighter themselves were in for those fights (had they moved up weight classes, were 'green' or 'passed it'). Lastly I sprinkled in some of my perception of the fighter in terms of what skills they had and how they used them.

For me, too much of what makes Duran's career so great was prior to 1980, so he doesn't make my top 10.

              If :

              Jeff Chandler didn't get cataracts

Michael Nunn & Donald Curry didn't become stunads

              &

Salvador Sanchez didn't have his fatal car crash

I could see them all fighting for a spot in my top 10

P4P holyfield is underrated cause he ended his career as a heavyweight and people just remember the warrior

                  People remember 90s-00 Holyfield

Anybody who followed him knew his prime was from the late 80s to around 92-93....he was murdering guys his size and could hang with super heavyweights he just fought on too long...BTW I think he edge Valuev

I'd pick holyfield to beat every fighter 200 and down in history you name him....I'm picking holyfield...he had it all, will skill n talent

And that holyfield is only taking losses from maybe prime Ali, Louis, holmes, liston, lewis n bowe but they taking L's too in a series

Pretty crappy list but then again Doug Fisher is quite a weirdo when it comes to these things. He try to go outta his way to be different and he often comes off as a try hard looking for attention. But it's his opinion I guess.
