JT is a fighter that grew on me....sad to see him like this!!...he should never box again....he helped pad my pockets with a few EXTRA dollars years ago though...I was kinda skeptical about BHop's chances against the hard punching Pavlik back in the days...but then in a interview I heard him say that Hop would be Pavlik EASILY!!...I dropped some chips on my man and BOOM!!...JT was spot on!!

He was showing signs of brain damage back then apparently. Which I believe was the reason he took a break from the sport.

i was in high school when taylor was on his way up. i came home from school when he lost to pavlik in '07.

kelly had this serial killer type of coldness in his face when they touched gloves before the fight. i don't think i've had butterflies like that in boxing match before or since, not in the pre fight stare down, at least.

he had a measurable concussion after the abraham fight, and wasn't cleared to fly home for several days after the fight, but he was never f#cking braindead.
