      Exactly.

It's a swan song. Simple as that.

After a 19 year ATG career he's beat everyone he's "scared" of, he's won all the titles, he's broken all the records. He's having a final farewell fight against an easy opponent and the off in the sunset.

Floyd's biggest detractors seem to have major issue with that. I wonder why.

I find the butthurt amusing tbh. I believe it has something to do with having one more opportunity to try to see him lose. Obviously, they can't find any upside with Berto in that regard.

They hate Floyd. "Just retire Floyd!" "you're bad for boxing Floyd!"

Yet they're cheerleading in single Floyd thread They seem to discover articles and YouTube videos regarding Floyd before anyone else does.

Who will they talk about when he retires?

He has Beaten Canelo, Manny, Cotto, the remaining cash cows of boxing. He has been involved in 3 top ppvs. of alltime he made 250 million in his last fight. He could fight Jim Lampley and it would be okay

Looooool. They definitely post more about him than his actual fans, and retirement won't stop them either. The amount of hurt feelings due to him remaining undefeated is too much to take.

He does have that right, but honestly Berto is a very ****ty choice

Berto will put up a fight, but i think he has zero chance

I also understand Floyd looking for a soft touch, but no fight is a soft touch for Floyd cause everybody is gunning for the greatness of being the first guy to beat Floyd, Floyd still has to go out in perform, in the ring you cant have days off, Floyd could easily lose everything hes worked for with a Berto loss it would be boxings biggest embarresment, at 38 Floyd knows that day will come soon thats why he chosed Berto

I think i would of perfer, Bradley as my top choice, Khan to kill the haters n Matthysse for another fun match, these matches would of been better then Berto but more exciting cause better hyped opposition

I think Danny Garcia turned down a match vs Mayweather

And if Floyd really wanted to retire with a huge ****, Thurman would be first choice, Kell Brook 2nd, Porter and Bradley 3rd choice

I think Bradley would of been hes best choice based on how Bradley fights, on what Floyd wants as his last opponent which is a softer touch, but Bradley is a beast n wouldnt be counted out cause he fights his asss off
