Can we agree that Floyd Mayweathers last 5 years of his career is overrated

Floyd's retirement in 2008 has nothing to do with the Pacquiao fight. That fight wasn't even being take seriously until 2009. People always accuse a boxers retirement of a way to "duck" fights. They did it with Sugar Ray Leonard and they did it with Lennox Lewis. If you retire at the top "you're ducking" but if you keep fighting past your best days you're "washed up." People will always find an excuse.
And I'm sorry but because things aren't fair does not make them right or accurate.
Yep this is one of the reasons why fighters don't retire on top, they don't want to be accused of ducking a fighter.Comment

Any career where you didn't take risks is gonna be considered overated. He fought Pac 5 years too late after Pac came off a ko to JMM, and Floyd didn't even take risks in the actual fight with Pac itself. CW with canelo. Glovegate with Maidana. Wont fight GGG etc etc.Comment

Over-rated since he was 33? When he fought Marquez/Mosley?
The same age GGG is now with Martin Murray as his best win?
The same age many great fighters were washed up by?
Red Cyclone you are a moron and in case you haven't noticed, Brook handled Porter and Khan is running for his life...don't blame him though, he did need a robbery to beat Algeri.Comment
