If anyone dislikes Wards style because they think he's boring (another myth) they shouldn't be watching boxing at all because they clearly have not a clue as to what they are watching . Haters attempt to marginalize Ward by saying he holds and headbutts too much , another myth , as he hasn't fought that way since the super 6 , but it's still used as an outdated excuse to marginalize him . All we've gotten from Ward since the super 6 has been pure action , a laser precision jab , Ken Norton like hooks and overall ring generalship and domination . So if anyone thinks that's boring then they don't have a problem Ward , but instead have a problem with boxing !

Unless ur suggesting that fans only like the styles of KO artist ? if so , we both know those aren't real boxing fans .

These Haymon fanboys are fond of mismatches. Exactly why don't you people want a more competitive fight like Ward vs Kovalev?

P4P superstars fighting each other can command significant PPV #'s , but when they fight cans , it's usually a paltry result . ie = it's about the match ups , not how many fans or views an individual p4p superstar has while fighting cans

Except Ward is not p4p right now, and has never been a star even, much less superstar. Those don't get 300k viewers on BET

GGG is fighting a guy who was KO by the bum of Rubio in a PPV. Ward already have in his resume Bika, Abraham, Froch, Kessler, Dawson and Green.
Everyone GGG is fighting now is in the top 10 of MW, the division he is trying to unify.

Ward just fought Paul Smith....needs no further explanation.

The Super 6 was a damn long time ago, so long ago that only one original contestant besides Ward is still fighting, the rest have retired.

And while we are talking about ticket prices, Ward-Smith tickets ranged from phukking $30-$125 (THE TRUTH. Yeah, tickets to see your hero in action cost less than a blow job from a crack whore. Now that truly IS a "good value".
