Trinidad vs. Vargas is the best Junior Middleweight fight I've ever seen.

That was a classic fight and could be easily the best 154 fight of all time. Tito would destroyed Cotto and Canelo easily especially after both fighters are gassed after 7 where Tito finishes strong in the late rounds.

Ok loosing to Winky Wright..after coming back from retirement is nothing to be ashamed about. He had 1 fight after loosing to Hopkins againts Cherifi, and he Knocked him out. Then retired he should of stood retired bad choice on his part coming back from retirement to fight a guy like Winky. You need to study your boxing facts before you just blindly make hateful comments. Just because you low blow someone doesnt make you a cheater..All the best fighters use some kind of dirty tactics when they have to, elbow, headbutts, excessive holding, low blows, etc..As long as its nothing illegal like what Margaritto did, then its acceptable in my book.

Thats B.S. Tito is taller but hes lanky, Cotto is solid he would get into Tito and push him around. Cotto is easily the stronger of the two and is better built to handle adversity. Cotto also has very good timing and Trinidad wasnt that difficult to time he bounced on his toes with very little movement, and always wanted to maintain a specific punching range, which is why he had so much trouble with Hopkins and DLH. With his long torso it wouldnt be difficult for Cotto to find a home for his left to the body. Trinidad also had issues with jabs, which as we know is basically a power punch for Cotto. No one, and I mean no one can say that Tito absolutely defeats Cotto. These Two are capable of beating eachother with out a doubt. This schit absolutely annoys me because most people make these claims blinded by nostalgia, and not the actual abilities of the fighters. I've seen the careers of both these men, and there is nothing that supports a definitive answer, in reality it would have been an historical fight that would have lived up to the hype, and thats the only thing we can be sure of.

- At 147 or 154 Tito by TKO, ref would stop the fight. It would be good for about 4-5 rounds, once Tito starts to land his bombs..it would be all down hill for Canelo. Same goes for Vargas , Vargas would have stoped Canelo as well.
