Golovkin is 33 and six months now. I figure he has possibly another 18-24 months in his prime depending on how ****** up he gets in the ring. Actually I think he may be past his physical prime now but his experience will temporarily mask that.

He's looking to 1/ maximize his earnings and 2/ create a legacy ... In that order! Fighting Lara does neither. The only reason to take Heiland or Johnson is if they become mandatories or as a stay-busy fight as Golovkin says he likes to fight 3/4 times a year.
next time ask me that question instead of assuming a response.

all that talk that no one wants to fight him is pure bullshit.

Floyd does the exact same thing at 154. Hes a solid welterweight, and would put himself at a massive disadvantage to fight at 154 for money[/QUOTED

Dude he called out EVERYONE from 154-168.
BUT FLOYD WENT FROM 154 ALL THE WAY FROM 130...GGG'S SO GAY HE WONT GO TO 168 JUST FROM 160

broner has more balls than the guy from skippeded a weight class just to go to 147...then said if he wins him and canelo can get it on lol

If Cotto or Canelo don't want to fight GGG then GGG will be given the belt. Going down for only Mayweather makes sense. Who wouldn't want to drop six pounds to fight Mayweather? In one more year you haters of GGG will be eating all of your words.

Unify, aka fight a couple bums that named Lemiuex and Lee that have been KO'd by C level competition. And fight a jr middleweight.

The list goes on. Im able to use my own brain to weed out the bull**** talk for headlines. I understand others may have difficulty doing so, especially when it doesnt fit their particular agenda so much

I also dont care for what, according to you, NSB has set the bar at. As a 'manny fan' or whatever childish group you want to put me in, 'gotta represent doe', i have independent thought and really dont care for the promoter politics surrounding either GGG or Ward, not nearly as much as you. Golovkin can stay at his natural weight for as long as he wants. Hagler did it. Id only take issue if he insisted on staying there after completely cleaning it out, but thats a bridge hes nowhere near crossing just yet
There wasn't a super middleweight division when hagler was fighting. Can ya please stop with the Hagler comparisons already?

Floyd can do whatever he wants with his money. GGG brings nothing to the table financially. He's not Oscar. He's not Canelo. He's not Cotto. So the same way GGG is willing to move up for Froch and Chavez Jr, but not Ward. Floyd wss willing to move up for Oscar, Nelo, and Cotto, but not GGG. Perfectly understandable.

I was trying to explain that logic with Cotto rematching floyd instead of fighting this unproven star.. but it didnt work.. well said

If you're unified, lineal champ with 3+yr current reign, he's not moving up in weight to answer Gggs challenge at 154
