But with the recent success of Golovkin’s ticket sales for his fight with David Lemieux (34-2, 31 KO’s) and possibly putting up good pay-per-view numbers as the a-side for Golovkin, it could change the dynamic for Cotto. Sanchez says that Cotto may be more willing to fight Golovkin should he become a box office success on pay-per-view and if Cotto dominates Canelo come November 21st.

The three biggest beggars in boxing are......

    1) Amir Khan
    2) Keith Thurman
    3) Gennady Golovkin

Congratualtions on finally making the list Abel !

The order is open to debate, but I likely have it about right.

Khan has been begging foreever, and has had the most opportnuities to force a Mayweather fight.

Thurman mentioned everyones name, including the cleaner at the MGM, but then Keith "one name" Thurman picked Collazo.

There are two types of people who do not land a Mayweather payday.....
..... people who fight Collazo, and people who have no control over who they fight.

    Golovkin..... nuff said !

100% agree. If GGG is able to get 500k+ PPV buys (which I believe would be bigger than Cotto or Canelo PPV #'s when they've been the A side) the upside will be a whole lot better than its been previously. And if thats the case I suspect either guy will be willing to fight him cuz the juice will finally be worth the squeeze. Hell Ward will be talking about 164lbs if GGG can get 500k+ if he's smart.

Berto is a retirement opponent, or look-good opponent.

                    We can all see that.

Just dont buy the fight, I certainly wont.

Haven't heard a thing from Ward since Golovkin demanded 164.

                    Ward obviously cannot make 164.

                    It seems like.....
Ward stopped talking GGG when it became obvious that GGG was scared.

Ward probably moved on, no point in fcuking around if GGG dont want it.

The point is..... Khan/Thurman/Golovkin have done next-to-nothing..... and Mayweather/Ward are established elite fighters.

Mayweather and Ward each have a better resume than all 3 of those guys put together
