Top Rank wouldn't be in a hurry to make this fight happen if Rigondeaux was a natural featherweight - let alone bigger than Lomachenko. They know Lomachenko is the much bigger fighter. It's a Craword-Gamboa situation.

its a great fight that should be made now and that's all that matters.who gives a **** about the promoters.rigo is only moving up 4 pounds while gamboa was fighting two weigh classes above his natural weight. not the same thing

why would they rob rigo??? they had an opportunity to rob him against donaire (TR's big rising star), but didn't. TR also had an opportunity to rob salido against loma, but didn't. the biggest robbery for TR involved two TR fighters (pac vs bradley 1).

why wasnt Rigo robbed against Donaire(one of biggest TR stars at that moment)?

You bring excuses before the fight is done because you know Loma will outclass Rigo.

Salido-Loma was a close fight that could have gone either way. So if they gave it to Loma it wouldn't be a "robbery" just like it wasn't a robbery that they gave it to Salido.

If Loma-Rigo ends up being a close fight I think they'll favor Loma but as the Salido fight shows that's might not be the case. They could have given the fight to their young fighter but instead the old veteran escaped with the close fight. I'm guessing it was to escape criticism. If they gave it to Loma they would have called it a "robbery".
Fans have a tendency to call close fights "robberies", it's quite annoying actually.
