This thread is 44 pages long and GGG didn't take the fight with Ward over 4 pounds. It'd be not only GGG's biggest payday, it'd be his best win as well.

He avoided the fight over 4 pounds and Ward fought 9 rounds in 18 months. These indisputable facts upset GGG's fans when him and his team bring it on themselves. GGG and his team run their mouth more than anyone else in boxing, it's not even close. Yet, they do something every other boxer does, especially Floyd. Take the lowest risk with the highest pay.

GGG - Not big drama show. Easy fights for most pay show.

And instead of fighting Ward he took Lemule lol. Ward is easily his biggest win should he win and his biggest payday and the most exposure he could possibly get. His fans will come up with some excuse though.

GGG is definately the A side no question.

Ward is not only the B side. But rumors of him being on a cotto undercard make him the C side no jokes.

          Ward has no opponents..
He wont fight b hop or the dirrells or kovalev or pascal or stevenson .. jack and chavez jr are with Al and he wont go to nottingham for A side Froch. . So that leaves Groves -Froch leftovers and Fonfara who is staying very active . GGG has offered to meet half way and Ward still has no opponent after yet another tune up within the last 3 years.

Ward hasnt done squat in 4 years

250k buys with 4 people watching for each buy is 1 million people. Or basically an HBO card, that's what GGG will get.

1 million ppv buys with 4 people watching for each buy is 4 million people and that's how many people will watch Ward fight.

Ward has accomplished more not fighting in those 4 years than GGG has in his career. 50/50 is more than fair and GGG put all of 168 on blast. This is what happens when his team runs his mouth, they are held to the bull**** they talk and then get blasted when they can't back up their words. They talk ****, then when approached they walk away with their tail between their legs.

GGG Ward will most likely happen in another year after the Canelo/Coot fight.

But I can take your post and replace Ward with Kovalev, Lemule with ward's next opponent, and it would still apply.

Ward never called out 175 or accepted two fights against guys at the full 175 limit. GGG has done both of those regarding 168.

"I am ready to fight the best 168- and 175-pounders that are out there," Ward told ESPN.com in a recent interview. "At this point, a big fight at 175 is interesting to me. I don't want to go up just to go up. But for the right fight, for a big fight, I would go up. I'm willing to fight anyone at '68 or '75."
