Bradley takes on the tough fights, has been in 3 PPV headliners, has already moved up in weight and won titles in addition to getting paid top money. He has marketed himself as a blue collar boxer willing to put in the hard work to reap the rewards and has created a good number of fans over the past couple of years because of his attitude and work ethic.

Ward has an arrogant feel about him and his actions during fight negotiations lend total credibility to that assumption. His demands show an elevated sense of self importance and value. Yet his "numbers" are atrocious, certainly not worthy of the demands that he puts on the table time and time again.

Bradley vs Vargas pulled in 1.228MM views (LINK) while Ward vs Smith pulled in a paltry 323K (LINK).
