Badou Jack in his most recent fight beat a SMW champ, and unlike Soliman, the champs knees didn't give out. You might remember Jack from his KO 1 loss to noncontender, coming off a stoppage loss to MW prospect Korobov

    • The super middleweight division is now a joke, always been overrated since Andre Ward came about.

Small man syndrome trying to big up your fighter and make him look good, pathetic really.

You got trouble chewing bubble gum & walking or something? Most cats can do more than one thing. GGG has some heat behind him right now with this PPV, the last thing GGG & his team should do right now is stfu. Some cats should stuf. Amir Khan, for example, needs to stfu. He don't even got a fight scheduled ffs. He needs to focus on something besides talking.

What profit does Ward make for his promoter?
Boxing is a business, an entertainment business at that this is why fans don't care about Ward and IF Ward cares about making money why didn't he man up and face Carl Froch in England?

Yet they want to talk about GGG "ducking" absolutely pathetic excuses of boxing fans.
froch is for sure a bigger name than both.golovkin was willing to fight froch yet ward acted like it wasn't even worth his time.ward is arrogant he thinks he's a bigger deal than he actually is.

I don't know. Maybe you should go ask Rock Nation seeing as they are more qualified to answer that question than I am. That said, the FACT remains, Ward cashes the bigger paychecks....

Anyone who turns down a massive fight with Froch just because of the venue is the real coward, that's like turning down a Mayweather fight because you expect him to agree to all your terms.
Ward wishes he was like Froch but he knows he wont reach that level, I'll carry on boycotting all of his fights until he actually fights someone with a pulse.

But when certain fighters who shall not be named lol said they'd fight them, they all of a sudden need to flex the political game. And what makes matters worse, GGG hardcore fan base painted them as these warriors from the old school way of boxing, just to find out they play the same games as the boxers they hate, but they'll condone it for GGG bc he's GGG lmao.
Well if you want to take sh it literal then why when Floyd fights someone like JMM or Guerrero he claims
                  "They called me out"
                  Well GGG called him out...crickets
                  Ward called him out...crickets
Thurman khan porter brook all called him out... Crickets

Why is it ok for Cotto to fight for the lineal MW title at a CW all the time
Why is it ok for Floyd and manny to ask for CW but not GGG
Quit with the hate man! You can't have it both ways

                    Fawking hilarious!
Why didn't Cotto man up and fight the true me champ GGG at 160?
                    Cause he's a beeotch maybe?
Telling max do I look like a mw?
Then proceeds to fight for the me title at a CW?
                    Dude just stfu really.
I'm tired of GGG team but u have no room to talk

GGG's 164lb offer to Ward further illustrates that he doesn't feel confident that he can beat Ward, else he'd fight at 168 same as he wanted to fight Chavez jr. and Froch.

There is no indication Ward can't make 168. All he did was sign his comeback fight for 172. So you are speculating in a way that conveniently supports your position.

GGG fans appear afraid of a GGG/Ward fight because it would be the 1st time GGG fought an elite fighter, one with great skill, speed, and would come in slightly heavier than GGG on fight night, attributes he hasn't had to deal with as a pro.

I get it would be a tough fight, but wouldn't seeing GGG overcome adversity and dealing with these attributes, win or lose, be better than another easy KO, especially if you are a boxing fan and not a casual fan watching boxing?
It's like Floyd not being confident he can beat Canelo, or Cotto not confident he beats Geale. Difference being, these are champs lacking confidence vs divisional rivals
