But yea once GGG officially has some PPV numbers to point to & Ward only has his impressive resume from several years ago the importance of each fighter to the current marketplace will be clear.

-With Team Golovkin seemingly trying to dictate terms to Cotto/Canelo, i doubt that fight happens (WBC will make Cotto/Canelo winner WBC 160 champion emeritus, to then turn around and sanction Cotto-Canelo II for the vacant WBC 154 belt, while also sanction Golovkin versus another can); playing that "A-side" BS is a double-edged sword
-Sergey Kovalev walks into the ring over 190lbs for his fights; Ward likely walked into the ring for the Paul Smith fight in the high 170s.
GGG easily makes 160, Andrea has problems making 172 let alone 168. Given the fact that Andrea has a lot larger build, it is likely that he walks around 15 to 20 pounds heavier.
There is no doubt in my mind that Andrea is poor draw. Given all historical facts, he was not big draw in his peak of popularity neither (comparing with contemporary fighters in lower categories - Mayweather, Pac, Cotto, Canelo, Chavez Jr ). There is no way he can draw $700K gate as A side boxer.
All the rest is just your imagination since you have no valid sources

All he, his team, and his ****** azz fans yap about is, "unify the division, unify the division, unify the division" when it comes to Ward. But they never put names with those ridiculous paper trinkets that they claim are oh so important. Let's do that:
Miguel Cotto: The Ring, lineal, and WBC champ. Beat a crippled dawg in Sergio Martinez for the title in his middleweight debut. Only got the undeserved shot because of boxing politricks. Started his career a jr welterweight. And at this point in his career, is a natural jr middleweight that has never fought at the middleweight limit.
Andy Lee: WBO titlist. Won a vacant belt. Has been KO'd by Chavez Jr and former ESPN FNFs regular Brian Vera.
David Lemieux: IBF titlist. Won belt vacated by a tragic story in Jermain Taylor, who should have never been fighting in the first place. And who took the belt from a 40yr old journeyman. Lemieux has been KO'd by fringe contender Marco Antonio Rubio. And was decisioned by past his prime Joachim Alcine, who was a mere fringe contender in his prime.
"Unify, unify, unify." Sounds more like the bum of the month club to me.
