Floyd walks around at 150. not sure if im the clueless one here.... we are taking about size and weight. all good man.. you can defend GGG all you want. you do know he fought at 165 in the Olympics. 165 like over 10 years ago.
You do know that amateurs have same day weighin? Guess not.

I'm just showing you he's not oversized at MW, in fact he'd fit in fine at SWW according to his fight night weights. It's all good as long as you don't keep repeating this wrongheaded talking point.

That's absolutely insane when the best fighter GGG has beaten is Daniel Geale.

        Kovalev beat Hopkins

Team GGG: "Hopkins could be an opponent for us sometime in the future"
WTF?, the guy is 50 years old and you won't fight him. Maybe in the future when he's 60.

Manny Pacquiao has beaten everyone not named Floyd Mayweather. How is GGG rated higher?

Rigondeaux beat Donaire, who P4P is better than anyone on GGGs resume.

Canelo has wins over Lara (even though I thought Lara won), Trout, and many other credible opponents and he's not on the P4P list.

GOLOVKIN ducks Lara, says Willie Monroe is better and gets the #4 P4P spot in ring magazine

Cotto is 5 time 4 division world champion and he's not on the P4P list... that's ok.... but how is Golovkin?
As I said before, I like GGG a lot but I have to admit that Sanchez is coming out with some real hype lately. He seems like a nice guy , as does Loeffler, they still have a way to go before they are annoying as Roach and the Mayweather clan.

Monte-Carlo - Thirty days out from their highly anticipated World Middleweight Championship, GENNADY “GGG” GOLOVKIN and MARTIN MURRAY have both weighed in withi

Golovkin also fought at 165 in the Olympics***8230;. Cotto for example on the other hand fought at 140.
Huh? Both those articles state that GGG made the 30 day weigh in limit for MW comfortably.

165 is the upper limit for MW in the amateurs, btw.

Thats why I shake my head at people that get all bent out of shape over a GGG, Loma or TC being on a p4p list. These guys obviously have a very high skill level and would do well in any division in boxing imo.

Also have to laugh at the people who think GGG is basic. This is a guy with superb footwork, timing, shifting, power, ring IQ and chin. He is'nt some face first brawler. Hell 90% of the reason I want to see him fight Ward is because Ward, stylisticly is GGG's worst nightmare if he can't adjust.
I'd like to see Andrade come up to MW - anything to get him active again. Pretty sure he'd do well at MW.

Same day weight and Cotto was fighting at 140. you actually helped my point. Golovkin was fighting 25 pounds higher than that. By the way Andre Ward was fighting about the same weight as that killer golovkin.

Who cares about where Cotto was fighting many years ago? He's lineal MW champ now. Sure, that's one MW that GGG is no doubt bigger than, but Cotto says he's imposing CW for all his defenses, so that's not a typical MW. You said GGG is oversized at MW, I proved you wrong. Not sure what you're complaining about now.

Trying to save my boy cotto from a @#$ whipping.... so you think GGG is small for 168. I think cotto is small for even 154.

I agree, we saw it vs genuine SWW Trout. But as long as he's holding the WBC and lineal belt at MW, he's fair game. Look at all the MW ratings, they all got Cotto above GGG.
