In all seriousness, Ward clinches way too much. I get that it's a "tactic", but a good boxer can box his way out of trouble and shouldn't need to grab a cat on some Royce Gracie ish.

    • 106-59 Ward.

Even the proudest of Golovkin's fangirls know that Ward would son Gennady.

GGG stops Ward late. Too much pressure, too much power, too accurate, Ward would break down, and be forced to fight before going down swinging, if he chooses to continue to get off of his stool after the 8th round.

        • Ward would break his ankle in the 3rd round and retire.

Please! Ward knocks Gennady out with the first punch he throws.

Based on what, that long list of murderous punchers and elite boxers on g strings resume?

Ward wins a decision 117-111 in a fight that makes it obvious that letting g string clobber one second rate fighter after another did nothing to prepare g string for a fighter of Wards caliber

It's going to be hard for Ward to win a decision when GGG is outworking him, out boxing him, and out willing him.

                  None of which will happen.

I'm afraid 168 is already a catchweight that Ward can't meet. Which is why at this weight the playing field will be somewhat evened out. It will not be the best possible version of Ward.

Too bad team ggg didn't share your confidence, if they did this fight would have been made. They blow smoke but deep down they don't believe g string can beat Ward and looking at the poll the majority of posters don't think so either.
